Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can produce engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, design aesthetics, and an understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics and videos for:

Social media reels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)

Paid ad creatives

Brand videos and presentations

Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visuals

Edit raw footage and add animations,



transitions, and effects

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity

Optimize creatives for performance and engagement

Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and formats

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

Solid understanding of animation, typography, and color theory

Experience in creating short-form video content (reels/ads)

Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing

Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with digital marketing agencies or brands

Knowledge of performance marketing creatives
