About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented EU Tax Manager / Consultant with solid expertise in European VAT regulations, compliance, and advisory. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing VAT processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering strategic tax solutions to global clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid hands-on experience in EU VAT regulations and compliance.
Proven experience in VAT accounting, audits, and advisory.
Solid understanding of GL reconciliation and financial controls.
Experience with automation tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of international financial reporting frameworks (IFRS preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and client handling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end EU VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Oversee preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns and related filings.
Handle VAT audits, assessments,



and advisory engagements.
Monitor and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts related to VAT.
Drive finance process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for tax and finance functions.
Ensure proper system parameterization and internal controls for VAT processes.
Support international financial reporting requirements and ensure alignment with global standards.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tax professionals.
Act as a key point of contact for client management, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated with changes in EU VAT laws and assess business impact.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
