Company Description Poornima Vamsi Academy is a growing wellness education brand focused on helping women address PCOS, hormonal imbalance, lifestyle-related challenges, and long-term wellbeing through structured coaching programs.
We are hiring a Growth & Client Acquisition Executive to manage inbound lead conversations, guide prospective clients with clarity and empathy, and support smooth enrollment into our programs.
This is a client-facing role for someone who communicates well, follows through consistently, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads through calls, Whats App, and online meetings
Understand client needs, goals, and challenges through structured conversations
Clearly explain program structure, outcomes, and value
Follow up consistently and maintain accurate lead records
Coordinate with the Founder and internal team on lead progress and conversions
Support onboarding and handover after enrollment
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele-calling, Counseling, or another client-facing role
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English




Ability to build trust and guide conversations with clarity and professionalism
Confidence in handling questions, objections, and follow-ups
Comfortable working with targets, processes, and performance expectations
Organized, reliable, and accountable in day-to-day execution
Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, coaching, education, or service-based businesses is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not mandatory
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
