Job Title: AI Data Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 days Work from Office)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Data Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced data infrastructure for AI-driven systems. This role focuses on developing high-performance data pipelines, semantic data models, and real-time systems that power intelligent AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage ETL pipelines to process unstructured data into embeddings for vector databases
- Build and optimize data architectures for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Develop and scale knowledge graphs to model complex data relationships
- Implement automated data labeling and synthetic data generation using AI/LLMs
- Build real-time data pipelines using streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink
- Monitor data quality, embedding drift, and overall system performance
- Develop semantic indexing and dynamic context pipelines for AI systems
- Ensure secure data handling, including PII redaction and compliance

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate




- Expertise in HNSW indexing, metadata filtering, and vector optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python for AI/data engineering workflows
- Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, and distributed data systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of DataOps/MLOps tools including Airflow, DVC, or Prefect
- Strong understanding of data modeling for AI applications

Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering or AI Engineering

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field

Good to Have

- Experience with Rust or C++ for high-performance data processing
- Knowledge of embedding model optimization and fine-tuning
- Exposure to financial services or high-throughput environments
- Experience building scalable AI/ML data platforms
