About the Job

- We are looking for a seasoned Senior Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of merchandise for exports.
- Responsibility includes negotiating with suppliers, overseeing material procurement, and maintaining robust vendor relationships.
- The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while upholding quality compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure a wide range of merchandise specifically for export purposes.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and develop relationships with vendors to ensure quality compliance.




- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan purchases efficiently.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and optimize purchasing strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the export sector.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to handle vendor management and supply chain documentation.
