We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to join our Agile product team. The role involves managing product backlog, aligning business goals with user needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product features.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Own product roadmap and prioritize features based on value
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing & Customer Success teams
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Drive user-centric design and improve customer experience
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior for decision-making
- Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders
- Plan go-to-market strategies for product releases
- Gather customer feedback and continuously improve product
Required Skills
- 24 years experience as Product Owner / Product Associate in Agile environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience with backlog management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in fast-paced setting
- UX understanding and design collaboration experience (Good to have)
