Job Description: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Service & Experience

- Greet and Welcome: Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, seating them and presenting menus.
- Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations, explaining specials, and answering questions about menu items.
- Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards (e.g., American/French service) and ensure correct temperature.
- Check-ins: Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and proactively resolve any issues.
- Upselling: Maximize sales revenue by suggesting appetizers, desserts, beverages, and promotional items.

Operational Duties

- Setup & Breakdown: Perform opening and closing side duties, including cleaning, polishing cutlery/glassware, and setting up tables according to standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Billing:



Accurately process guest payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Compliance & Teamwork

- Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards (including HACCP protocols).
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and assist in other departments as required.
- Grooming: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, wearing the correct uniform at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in F&B; service or hospitality preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal English required; other languages a plus).
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift trays.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
