CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.

About the Role?

Sports Community Manager combines community execution, operational discipline, and people leadership. An SCM is accountable for outcomes, not effort and is expected to run the Centre with ownership, structure, and energy. This is a hands-on, on-ground role, not a desk or coordination role.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

- Acts as the face of the centre by being visibly present, engaged, and proactive, creating energy and trust within the community.
- Achieve assigned revenue and participation targets through timely, well-hosted community games and events.




- Maintain 100% adherence to defined SOPs across hygiene, bookings, collections, reporting, and audits.
- Resolve centre-level challenges independently as per SOP, with minimal escalations to central teams.
- Builds a disciplined, reliable centre team through clear expectations, coaching, and timely corrective action.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative on ground feedback to the management.
- Work with the central team to develop a top tier player experience at the centre.

You are likely to be someone who -:

- Enjoys hands-on, on-ground roles.
- Has past experience in front end roles in retail, sports events, sports grassroots, fitness, and hospitality.
- Has a graduate degree in a relevant line of education.
- Has played and are recreationally good at a sport in the past.
- Is comfortable in Google Suite, Microsoft tools and other office tools.
- Has managed a team at any level. Has fluency in written and verbal communication.
- Is competitive, structured, confident and has growth mindset.
