Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Develop a marketing plan

Generate leads, arrange business meetings with prospective clients and do follow ups

Negotiation and sales closures

Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals.

Monitor & analyze sales, revenue, invoices and report KPI metrics

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support





Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Participate in all promotional activities

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in customer support

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Proficiency in English
