- *JOB OVERVIEW :**





nThe Luxury Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and representing the brand’s luxury values. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a high-end retail environment.n
- *Key Responsibilities**

n

Customer Engagement

nWelcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism and personalized attention.n

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.

n

Provide detailed product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials and design inspiration.

n

Sales & Targets

n

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

n

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

n

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.

n

Client Relationship Management

nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients.n

Maintain client databases and follow up for repeat business.

n

Offer after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

n

Bespoke & custom order management

n

Assist clients with custom designs, special orders, resizing and personalization while coordinating with internal team.

n

After-sales service coordination

n

Manage repairs, cleaning, certifications, valuations,



and ensure smooth after-sales follow-up.

n

Store Operations

nEnsure visual merchandising standards are maintained.n

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

n

Uphold store security and compliance protocols.

n

Brand Representation

nEmbody the brand’s values of elegance, trust and exclusivity.n

Stay updated on jewellery trends, luxury retail practices and competitor offerings.

n

- *Qualifications & Skills**

no Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery industry.n

o Robust communication skills; (additional languages a plus).

n

o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

n

o Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards.

n

o Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals and jewellery craftsmanship.

n
