- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard farmers, FPOs, traders, and agri-partners
- Assist in developing market linkages for post-harvest commodities (e.g., makhana, maize, pulses)
- Conduct field visits and collect market intelligence
- Support procurement, aggregation, and supply chain operations
- Analyze demand-supply trends and pricing data
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Assist in execution of business expansion strategies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights
- *Eligibility Criteria**




- Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in:
- Agribusiness / Agriculture / Rural Management / BBA / MBA
- Strong interest in agriculture, supply chain, and rural development
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
- *Preferred Skills**
- Understanding of agri value chains (especially post-harvest)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
- Knowledge of local language (Hindi/Bhojpuri/Maithili) is a plus
