We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization. - *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- **Data Analysis and Manipulation:**
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- **Data Visualization and Reporting:**
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Develop and present data visualizations (charts, graphs, maps) to communicate data insights effectively.
- Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations to stakeholders.
- **Data Modeling and Analysis:**
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling and data analysis.
- Perform data mining and analysis to identify key drivers of business performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other forms of data-driven experimentation.
- **Data Quality and Governance:**
- Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.




- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
- **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Communicate complex data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative culture.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes a plus.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment.
