Role Highlights

- Follow up with customers for timely payments
- Monitor ageing and control overdue outstanding
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes if any
- Coordinate with Customer Sales & Customer Service Representatives
- Prepare collection MIS reports

Requirements
n
- 2–5 years experience in AR / Collections
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics experience preferred
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
