Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role based in New Delhi for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making processes. Daily tasks include generating detailed reports, creating predictive models, maintaining data systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.



The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through quality checks and efficient analysis.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret and analyze data trends effectively.
- Knowledge of Statistics and expertise in Data Modeling to build predictive and descriptive models for decision-making.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively present data insights and collaborate with various teams.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and adhere to deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare or education sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are an added advantage.
