About the Role

n

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential clients and students, generating leads, and promoting AI Academia’s programs to drive enrollments and partnerships. Key Responsibilities

n

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, messages, and outreach
- Present and explain AI Academia’s programs to prospective students and clients
- Manage client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
- Assist in student onboarding and enrollment processes
- Work closely with the leadership and marketing team to achieve business targets Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in sales conversations and client interactions
- Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of sales,



business development, or customer engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting Eligibility
- Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
