Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in New Delhi for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making processes. Daily tasks include generating detailed reports, creating predictive models, maintaining data systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.



The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through quality checks and effective analysis.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret and analyze data trends effectively.
Knowledge of Statistics and expertise in Data Modeling to build predictive and descriptive models for decision-making.
Strong Communication skills to effectively present data insights and collaborate with various teams.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and adhere to deadlines.
Experience in the healthcare or education sector is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are an added advantage.
