Departmental Involvement: Participate in departmental meetings, events, and academic initiatives.
Student Mentorship: Advice and support students in their academic and career development.
Academic Administration: Manage student records and assist in academic processes.
Industry Collaboration:



Build industry connections for guest lectures and internships.

Eligibility Criteria:
MA/MSc and BA/BSc in Psychology or related discipline with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Ph.D. is mandatory, and NET (National Eligibility Test) or GSET (State Eligibility Test) qualifications are preferred.
* Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Qualification and Experience should be as per UGC/Councils norms.
