Mission of the Role

Enable students and parents to make confident learning decisions by delivering a world-class counseling experience—driving enrollments through solid communication, empathy, and outcome-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with 65–70 high-intent, pre-qualified leads daily (no cold calling; all leads provided)
Conduct personalized video counseling sessions with parents and adult learners
Present the course value clearly and confidently using strong English communication
Manage the complete sales and onboarding lifecycle from demo follow-up to final enrollment
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets through consultative selling




Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure smooth onboarding for new learners
