Key Responsilbilties:
Acting as a sales advocate for Conductors & Cables across all export markets (US ,Middle East, Latin America,SAARC,Africa); scaling up business processes; making recommendations for process improvement.
Enhancing organizational reach and market share through the application of robust strategies, effective pricing and excellent client relationship management.
Conceptualizing competitive business development strategies to develop market share for achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
Identifying & establishing financially robust and reliable channel partners to penetrate the market more deeply; providing training and guidelines to channel partners to ensure quality performance and consistent growth, both in terms of business fundamentals and financial metrics.
Developing competitive strategy for the tenders & Inquiries, including pricing, market analysis, value proposition, and key differentiators.
Preparing Annual Business Plan to meet the top-line & bottom-line (P&L;)
and monitoring performance of channel partners.
Steering efforts in:
o Tender pre-activity (tender preparation & submission).
o Contract negotiation and agreement finalization.
o Driving business relationships with existing and recent clients to secure repeat orders and foster long-term partnerships.
o Leading order execution activities, ensuring timely delivery, coordination, and productive payment collection.
o Driving vendor approvals with global utilities and EPCs to expand market presence and create new business opportunities for the organization.
o Building and mentoring a high-performing, experienced team to support sustained growth and operational excellence.
o Promoting products through diverse marketing and outreach tools to enhance the organization’s global presence.
