Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for ASIC and semiconductor positions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for ASIC roles




Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and workforce needs
Source and engage niche ASIC talent through multiple channels
Coordinate interviews, offers, and closures
Maintain hiring metrics, timelines, and compliance

Requirements:
4–10 years of experience in ASIC / semiconductor talent acquisition
Robust stakeholder and candidate management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace
