Role Overview:

The Account Executive will support the Finance & Accounts function by maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting. The role involves managing general ledger activities, GST/TDS compliance, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closures. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Indian accounting standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:




Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Handle general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare MIS reports and support financial statement preparation.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments/collections.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and manage routine banking transactions.
Ensure proper documentation and support process improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com / M. Com).
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Knowledge of Ind-AS, GST, TDS, and Indian statutory requirements.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or Oracle.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and solid analytical skills.
