Role : QA Transformation /Migration Consultant Location : Remote/ Work from home - India Available to join : Immediate to 30 days
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Smart Bear Consultant with strong expertise in QMetry and Zephyr .



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test management tools and a proven track record in migrating from Zephyr to QMetry .
Key Responsibilities Lead and support migration activities from Zephyr to QMetry Configure and customize QMetry / Zephyr based on project needs Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Product teams for seamless integration
Analyze current test management processes and recommend improvements
Ensure data integrity and smooth transition during migration
Provide documentation, training, and support to stakeholders
Required Skills Strong experience with Smart Bear tools (QMetry & Zephyr) Hands-on experience in migration projects (Zephyr → QMetry preferred) Understanding of QA processes, Agile, and test lifecycle management Experience in JIRA integration and test automation frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile Experience working as a Product Consultant / Product Designer / Product Manager in QA tools ecosystem Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
