Job Title: Researcher – Business & Industry Museum Project

Experience: 4–5 years in infrastructure business would be preferred

Educational Qualification:

Master's in Economics/MBA- Finance

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Researcher to lead research for a business and industry-focused museum. The role involves developing deep insights into economic history, enterprise evolution, and industry ecosystems, while guiding a team of researchers to translate complex information into compelling, visitor-centric narratives. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the research direction and ensuring high-quality, well-synthesized outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee research on business histories, industry evolution, and economic frameworks
- Manage and mentor junior researchers;
review and guide their outputs




- Design research approaches, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with project goals
- Conduct and lead interviews with CXOs, founders, policymakers, and industry experts
- Synthesize complex research into clear, engaging narratives suitable for museum experiences
- Collaborate with curators, designers, and architects to translate research into spatial and visual storytelling
- Ensure accuracy, depth, and consistency across all research outputs and content
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings;
present research insights and strategies
- Oversee documentation, archiving, and structuring of research data and references
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and aligned project delivery

Required Skills:

- Solid understanding of business, economy, and industry ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead and manage research teams
- Excellent analytical thinking and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
