The Opportunity

We are hiring a US Accounting Manager to lead month-end close and oversee accounting operations for US clients.

You will manage reporting accuracy, supervise accounting workflows, and play a central role in scaling finance operations within growing US businesses.

What You Will Own
Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP
Review journal entries, reconciliations,



and reporting packages
Ensure financial statement accuracy and compliance
Supervise and mentor accounting team members
Coordinate directly with US Controllers and CFOs
Strengthen accounting processes in scaling environments
Drive operational improvements and efficiency

What We’re Looking For
6–8+ years of progressive US GAAP accounting experience
Demonstrated leadership of close cycles
Prior team management or mentoring experience
Strong financial reporting and general ledger expertise
Comfort operating in high-growth environments
ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
Strong English communication skills
