Position : Data Engineer

Role Summary:

Lead data engineering initiatives across teams, driving rapid delivery, scalable data architectures, and AI-augmented development while aligning closely with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Build domain expertise, manage stakeholders, and lead cross-team delivery
Design scalable data systems, ensure reliability, and enforce quality standards
Mentor engineers, foster robust team culture, and improve processes
Drive AI-enabled development and rapid prototyping approaches

Requirements:
7+ years experience in data engineering (Python, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS)
Robust expertise in data architecture, integration, and distributed systems (e.g., Spark)
Experience with AI tools, data for LLMs, and enterprise data environments
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with rapid prototyping

Nice to Have:
Consulting/forward-deployed experience and exposure to CRM data platforms
