Key Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver lectures, design course curriculum, and assess students' performance.
Research: Contribute to research, publish papers, and guide student research projects.
Departmental Involvement: Participate in departmental meetings, events, and academic initiatives.
Student Mentorship: Advice and support students in their academic and career development.
Academic Administration: Manage student records and assist in academic processes.
Industry Collaboration:



Build industry connections for guest lectures and internships.

Eligibility Criteria:
MA/MSc and BA/BSc in Psychology or related discipline with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology .
Ph.D. is mandatory , and NET (National Eligibility Test) or GSET (State Eligibility Test) qualifications are preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Qualification and Experience should be as per UGC/Councils norms.
Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates
