We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with experience in Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in managing receivables, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. Robust knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, and advanced Excel is essential for this role. Candidates who are CA Inter or CMA Inter qualified will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

nManage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.n

Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collections.

n

Record and reconcile customer invoices, receipts, and accounting entries in the system.

n

Perform bank reconciliation and receivable ledger reconciliation.

n

Maintain accurate and updated customer account records and aging reports.

n

Generate AR reports and financial summaries for management review.

n

Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables.

n





Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries in coordination with internal teams.

n

Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and improving accounting processes.

n

Qualifications and Skills

nBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.n

1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable.

n

Proficiency in Tally accounting software.

n

Advanced Excel skills for financial data management and reporting.

n

Solid understanding of accounting principles and receivable management.

n

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

n

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

n

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

n

Preferred

nCA Inter / CMA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.n
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance.
