About the Role*

nWe are looking for an HR Fresher primarily focused on recruitment activities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for internal hiring (sales & trainers).n
Key Responsibilities*
1. Recruitment (Primary Role)*
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews with internal teams
Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Assist in job posting and hiring campaigns

Coordinate interview schedules for students
Assist in placement drives and company coordination
Track student interview status and feedback
Who Can Apply*
Freshers (BBA / MBA HR / Any Graduate)
Good communication skills (English + Hindi)




Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
