The KYC Executive will be responsible for handling customer onboarding and verification processes in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to KYC/AML norms.

Key Responsibilities

nPerform KYC verification and due diligence for current and existing clients.n

Ensure proper collection and validation of documents as per regulatory requirements.

n

Maintain and update client records in the system accurately.

n

Identify discrepancies or incomplete documentation and follow up for resolution.

n

Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines and internal policies.

n

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and processing.

n

Monitor and report suspicious transactions or inconsistencies, if any.

n

Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

n

Assist in audits and regulatory inspections related to KYC documentation.

n

Key Requirements





nMinimum 2 years of experience in KYC/AML processes within BFSI sector.n

Good knowledge of regulatory norms and compliance requirements.

n

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

n

Basic understanding of financial products and services.

n

Proficiency in MS Office and data handling systems.

n

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

n

Educational Qualification

nGraduate in any discipline.n

Preferred Candidate Profile

nCandidates from Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services background.n

Familiarity with KYC systems and onboarding platforms.

n

Ability to manage workload within defined timelines and maintain accuracy.

n

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
