We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial reporting and accounting operations in India. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and all local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external accounting partners and manage relationships with auditors and tax consultants.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Administration, HR)



to support business operations.
Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury-related activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and accountability.
Perform ad-hoc duties and support special projects as required.

Reporting
Reports to the Controller based in Singapore.

Requirements
CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification/degree.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and global reporting standards.
Hands-on experience with SAP.

This position will be based in our office located in Bangalore.
