nWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and corporate roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, calls, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates on interview status and feedback
Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers

Preferred Skills

n
Experience in healthcare recruitment (doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc.)

n

Requirements

n
1–4 years of recruitment experience
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

nWorking Days & Timings:n
Monday to Friday working
2 alternate Saturdays working
Sunday fixed off
Work timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
