Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a GST Executive based in Pune Division. The GST Executive will handle tasks such as preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring compliance with GST laws, maintaining and reviewing records, and liaising with clients and government authorities. The role also involves conducting GST reconciliations and providing accurate tax-related advice to clients.

Qualifications
Handle end-to-end GST compliance and return filing
Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C, if applicable)




Reconcile purchase register with GSTR-2B and sales register with GSTR-1
Track, verify, and manage Input Tax Credit (ITC)
Identify mismatches and coordinate with vendors / clients / accounts team for resolution
Ensure timely and accurate filing as per GST deadlines
Assist in handling GST notices, audits, and departmental queries
Maintain proper GST records, workings, and compliance trackers
Stay updated with GST law amendments, notifications, and circulars
Proficiency in using accounting and tax software, as well as Excel and other MS Office tools

Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or relevant commerce background
Practical knowledge of GST laws and procedures
Hands-on experience with GST portal
Valuable working knowledge of Excel and Tally / ERP
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Experience

1–4 years of experience in GST compliance

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and knowledge
