Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to handle end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects. The role requires strong site execution capability, technical coordination, cost control, and the ability to manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of works.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day site execution activities across multiple work fronts.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients for drawings, clarifications, and approvals.
Review GFC drawings and provide inputs to avoid design/ execution issues.
Prepare and track project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Monitor project budgets, verify contractor bills, and control project costs.
Manage contractors and subcontractors – work allocation, progress monitoring, and quality

checks.
Implement safety and quality control measures in office.
Identify site issues,



propose corrective actions, and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with procurement team for timely availability of materials.
Prepare regular progress reports for management review.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and workmen for productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications / Skills

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

12–15 years’ experience in managing mid to large-scale civil projects (residential Villa & Apartment).

Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, finishing works, and services interface.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Hands-on experience in planning, billing, and contractor management.

Valuable knowledge of construction safety practices and statutory requirements.

Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
