We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our fast-growing eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for roles across operations, technology, marketing, and customer support within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities*
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Handle bulk hiring for warehouse, logistics, and customer service roles
Recruit for niche roles such as digital marketing, product management, and tech teams
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process




Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment database
Preferred candidate profile*
Experience in hiring for eCommerce roles (warehouse, supply chain, digital marketing, tech)
Familiarity with ATS and HR software
Experience in employer branding and campus hiring
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in eCommerce/startups)
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-volume hiring and tight deadlines
Solid stakeholder management skills
