Location: Noida (Hybrid / Onsite) Experience Required: 8-15+ years in Financial Services (Investment Banking / Capital Markets) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with deep expertise in investment banking, credit risk systems, financial products, payments, banking, and fintech systems .. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs , acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will play a key role in driving product development and client engagements , working closely with global banks and fintechs to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions, including platforms like PruTAN . Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Product Ownership Lead requirement gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and analysis Prepare detailed documentation including BRD, FSD,



and SDD Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria Act as Product Owner , managing backlog prioritization and sprint planning Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)2. Project & Delivery Management Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → development → UAT → production) Coordinate across business, technology, and QA teams Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Support release planning and post-go-live activities 3. Payments & Domain Expertise Work across: ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 Cards, UPI, ATM, POS, Payment Switches Understand end-to-end payment transaction lifecycle Define real-world use cases and business scenarios 4. Testing & Validation Define test scenarios and validation strategies Support UAT cycles, demos, and client onboarding Ensure accuracy and reliability of system outputs 5. Data & Technology Integration Work with: Data Lake / Data Warehouse (Snowflake) ETL pipelines and data transformation Support API integrations and microservices-based architectures Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)6. Stakeholder & Team Management Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams Manage cross-functional stakeholders across regions Lead and mentor teams of BAs, developers, and QA professionals Conduct user training and solution walkthroughs 7.



Testing & Quality Assurance Coordinate UAT and UVT activities Validate system outputs and business logic Ensure alignment with business expectations and regulatory standards Required Skills & Experience Domain & Functional Strong experience in payments / banking / fintech domain Knowledge of: Payment protocols (ISO 8583 preferred) API-based integrations and system workflows Experience in Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum Familiarity with Jira, Confluence Strong communication and analytical skills Technical Skills SQL, PostgreSQL Data platforms (Snowflake, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses) API integration, XML BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Methodologies Agile / Scrum (8+ years preferred) SDLC and Release Management Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Analytical and problem-solving mindset Leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work in cross-border environments Preferred Qualifications MBA (Finance / Information Systems) PMP Certification (PMI) SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification Experience in AML, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection Nice to Have Experience in credit risk transformation programs Knowledge of microservices architecture Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks What Success Looks Like Successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives Strong alignment between business and technology High-quality documentation and stakeholder satisfaction Improved efficiency in risk systems and reporting What We Offer Opportunity to work with leading banks and fintechs globally Exposure to cutting-edge payments and automation platforms A collaborative and high-growth setting
