We are seeking a highly capable Microsoft 365 Managed Services Executiveto take full ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment and deliver structured managed services across users, security, collaboration, endpoints, and Teams Phone.

This role is responsible for managing approximately 40–70 users across office, field-based, and offshore teams, ensuring a secure, optimised, and high-performing Microsoft 365 environment backed by defined SLAs and proactive governance.

You will act as the primary Microsoft 365 lead, overseeing identity, security, communication systems, and operational support.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & User Management

- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- License allocation and optimisation
- MFA enforcement and access recovery
- Guest access management
- Group and policy management

Security & Compliance Management

- Configure and manage Conditional Access policies
- Monitor sign-in risks and identity protection alerts
- Manage Microsoft Defender policies and security alerts
- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Ensure compliance alignment with privacy regulations
- Backup oversight and recovery coordination

Microsoft 365 WorkloadsExchange Online

- Mailbox management (user, shared, resource)
- Distribution lists and mail flow rules
- Spam & phishing protection policies
- Mailbox security and compliance controls

SharePoint Online

- Site structure governance
- Permission management
- Storage monitoring
- Secure collaboration configuration

OneDrive for Business

- User setup and secure file sharing
- File recovery and versioning support
- External sharing governance

Microsoft Teams

- Teams lifecycle governance
- Channel structure & permissions
- External access controls
- Troubleshooting collaboration issues

Teams Phone & Telephony

- Teams Phone configuration and policies
- Auto Attendants and Call Queues setup




- Call routing and voicemail management
- Caller ID and number management
- Telephony troubleshooting and vendor coordination

Endpoint & Device Oversight

- Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Device compliance monitoring
- Troubleshoot access and connectivity issues
- Provide endpoint policy guidance
- Coordinate with ISP/carrier when required

Helpdesk & SLA Management

- Tier 1 and Tier 2 support oversight
- Escalation management to Microsoft/carriers
- Ensure SLA adherence (response & resolution targets)
- Conduct monthly service reviews
- Maintain structured documentation

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- License usage analysis
- Security and compliance reporting
- Adoption and collaboration analytics
- Risk detection and optimisation recommendations
- Ongoing service enhancement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Teams & Teams Phone
- Intune (basic to intermediate)
- Conditional Access & MFA
- Experience configuring Auto Attendants and Call Queues
- Strong troubleshooting capability across identity, mail, and collaboration
- Familiarity with Australian privacy and security standards (preferred)
- Experience managing users across multiple locations

Certifications (Preferred)

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator (MS-102)
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
- MS-900 (Foundational)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
