Job Profile: - Accounts Executive ,
`Experience: - 3 to 4 years in a relevant role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as TCS iON, Oracle, and SAP
2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
3. Well versed in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable processes
4. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income tax etc.
5. Valuable working communication skills in English

Core Duties:

Accounts Receivable:
1. Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit note & debit note in accordance with customer
orders, contracts, and supporting documentation
2. Maintain accurate documentation related to invoicing and customer transactions
3. Generate and track reports for pending invoices and monitor their status
4. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing-related queries
5. Prepare MIS reports related to Accounts Receivable aging analysis.
6. Record and post customer receipts in the ERP system accurately and timely

Accounts Payable:
1. Record day-to-day accounting transactions (purchases, expenses,



tour expenses of
employees etc.) using appropriate ledger codes and cost centers in ERP, in line with
purchase orders/contracts and travel policy.
2. Verify invoices related to purchases and expenses as per approved purchase orders and travel policy.
3. Reconciliation of vendor and employee accounts/ledgers.
4. Review advance requests and process payments as per company travel policy.
5. Manage vendor payment processing in a timely manner.
6. Maintain systematic, organized, and up-to-date documentation and records.
7. Record and post payments in the ERP system accurately and timely.
8. Record and post petty cash entries in the ERP system.
9. Reconciliation of Petty Cash & Bank.
10. Prepare report related to creditors ageing & employees a/c ageing.
