Role Overview
As a Retail Partner (RP) with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, you will play a key leadership role in expanding our distribution network. You’ll recruit, mentor, and manage Insurance Consultants (ICs), driving business growth while enjoying a stable monthly income and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Consultants (ICs).
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members.
- Drive recruitment campaigns and achieve manpower targets.
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Act as a leader and mentor to build a high-performing team.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: (Graduates preferred).
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance preferred.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience required: 1 to 5 years
