Job Overview:

We are actively hiring enthusiastic and performance-driven professionals for an international First Party Collections voice role. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, target-oriented, and eager to build a strong career in the global customer service and collections space.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding overdue or pending payments

Engage with customers to understand payment issues and provide suitable repayment solutions

Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely resolution of outstanding balances

Educate customers about account status, dues, and payment options

Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and follow-ups in the system

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets along with quality metrics

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all interactions

Build positive customer relationships while driving collections in a professional manner

Eligibility Criteria:

SSC/HSC with a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience

Strong English communication and negotiation skills

Confident, assertive, and target-oriented personality

Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs

Compensation & Incentives:





Freshers in this domain: ₹22,000 – ₹5,000 in-hand

Experienced candidates: Up to ₹42,000 in-hand

Unlimited performance incentives (high earning potential)

Training incentives up to ₹10,000

Work Schedule:

5 days working

2 rotational week offs
