Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Business Development Executive

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Full-time, In office)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Business Development Executive to join our team at Market Disc, Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, client handling, or support roles who want to grow into business development and sales within the IT industry.

You will work on managing client communication, nurturing leads, supporting sales activities, and contributing directly to business growth while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Engagement:

Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients via calls, emails, and online meetings

Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about company services

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

Resolve basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM





Business Development & Sales Support:

Assist in lead generation and qualification of potential clients

Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients

Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote company services

Work closely with the senior business development team on outreach strategies and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, client support, inside sales, or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Client-focused mindset with an interest in sales and business growth

Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups professionally

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes (training will be provided)

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
