We are looking for a strategic HR leader to manage and scale the HR function end-to-end from India while supporting multiple global offices. The role will partner closely with leadership to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, policy frameworks, organizational structure, and HR technology adoption.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building HR processes, managing recruitment, implementing HRMS systems, enabling policies through technology, and managing a small HR team (2–3 members).
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and manage the HR function end-to-end
- Align HR strategy with business growth and global operations
- Manage and mentor 2–3 HR team members
- Define and maintain organizational structure and workforce planning
Talent Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments and locations
- Build hiring pipelines and close positions within defined timelines
- Manage candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with leadership to identify hiring priorities
HR Operations, Policies & HRMS
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Implement and manage an HRMS platform for employee lifecycle management
- Enable HR policies, approvals, attendance, leave, performance, and documentation through HRMS
- Maintain centralized HR data, employee records, and reporting systems
- Ensure process automation and operational efficiency through HR technology
Reporting & Management Support
- Provide HR analytics, hiring reports, and workforce insights
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Maintain solid HR dashboards and reporting through HRMS and Excel
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Maintain a professional and positive workplace culture
Required Skills
- 8–12+ years HR experience
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple offices
- Solid experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (HR automation systems)
- Ability to enable HR policies and workflows through HRMS solutions
- Solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and professional email communication
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing small HR teams
Preferred:
- Experience working with technology, IT services, or consulting organizations
- Exposure to global workforce management

- Time-to-hire: Fill positions within defined timelines (30–45 days)

HR Operations & HRMS
- Successful HRMS implementation and adoption
- Enable HR policies, approvals, and workflows through HRMS
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver monthly HR reports and dashboards
- Maintain data-driven insights using Excel and HRMS
Operational Excellence
- Establish structured HR processes and documentation
- Ensure professional communication and reporting
Leadership & Team Management
- Effective management of 2–3 HR team members
- Improve employee engagement and retention
Professional Skills
- Robust Excel data management

- Strong negotiation during hiring and vendor interactions
Pay: ₹65,433.49 - ₹98,264.38 per month
