About the Role

Emirates Worldwide Group is building a multi-sector multi-country platform spanning smart cities, destination real estate, hospitality, assisted living, infrastructure, and innovation-led technology ventures, with a long-term vision to scale $1B+ across verticals.

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Modeler with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Investment Banking (IB) background who can build cross-sector financial models, structure equity + profit participation, manage celebrity & strategic partner carry structures, and support GCC & institutional capital strategy.

This is a mission-critical role supporting:

- Platform valuation

- Cross-vertical capital deployment

- Buyback & exit modeling

- Celebrity & strategic equity participation

- Multi-SPV structuring

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Sector Financial Modeling (Core)

- Build IRR, NPV, DCF, Payback & Sensitivity models across:

- Real estate & townships

- Hospitality & resorts

- Assisted living & healthcare

- Smart city infrastructure

- Technology & platform ventures

- Develop:

- Project-level models

- SPV-level models

- Group-level & platform-level models

- Create:

- CapEx / OpEx forecasts

- Phase-wise cashflow cycles

- Funding gap & breakeven analysis

2. Equity, Waterfall & Profit Carry Structures

- Design waterfall structures with:

- Preferred equity

- Hurdle rates

- Carried interest

- Structure:

- Celebrity profit participation

- Strategic partner carry





- Performance-linked payouts

- Build:

- Buyback & exit valuation models

- Share swap & dilution models

3. Capital Strategy & Institutional Alignment

- Support fundraising from:

- Family offices

- GCC investors

- Strategic partners

- PE & institutional capital

- Prepare:

- Platform valuation models

- Investor return scenarios

- Exit & liquidity pathways

4. Power BI, Dashboards & Data Intelligence

- Build Power BI / Tableau dashboards for:

- Live IRR tracking

- Cashflow waterfalls

- Sales velocity & segment-wise performance

- Fund deployment visibility

- Integrate data from:

- Sales

- Operations

- Engineering

- Strategy

- Provide real-time analytics for leadership & investors

5. Celebrity, Strategic Partner & Board Support

- Prepare:

- Celebrity partnership financial structures

- Strategic partner term economics

- Governance & exit math

- Support:

- Board presentations

- Advisory & GCC investor discussions

- Cross-border SPV financial logic

Required Qualifications & Skillset

Education

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

OR

- MBA Finance (Tier-1)

OR

- Investment Banking / Private Equity / Fund background

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

- Advanced Excel – Expert Level

- Power BI / Tableau

- IRR, NPV, DCF, Sensitivity Analysis





- Waterfall & Carry Structures

- Buyback & Exit Modeling

- SPV & Holding Structure Modeling

- Platform-Level Valuation

- Fund Deployment & Capital Stack Design

- Term Sheet & Return Mechanics

- Exposure to:
