Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients as per hospital protocols
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing records
- Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control practices
- Educate patients and attend to their needs with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with duty doctors and other departments for seamless patient care
- Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adequate stock of consumables

Requirements

- Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Council (TNNC) registration




- Valuable communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills

- ICU / ER / Ward experience preferred
- Strong patient care & counselling skills
- Excellent bedside nursing practices

Job Description:

- Prepare and maintain OT as per sterility and infection control protocols
- Assist surgeons during procedures and handle instruments safely
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT instruments, equipment, and consumables
- Verify patient consent, case sheets, and pre-operative checklists
- Monitor patient vitals during procedures and report any abnormalities
- Maintain OT documentation and follow hospital protocols
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT team for smooth case flow

Requirements:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- OT experience preferred
- Knowledge of OT protocols, sterility standards & patient safety
- Willing to work in shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
