Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
- Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer queries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

For Freshers:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent Communication Skills (C1 Level)

For Experienced Candidates:

- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process)
- Communication Skills: C1 / B2 Level (Mandatory)

Retail industry experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:





- Salary up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
