What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring
- Handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers for quick closures
- Support onboarding and maintain recruitment data
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment
- Healthcare hiring experience is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
Salary: As per market standards + statutory benefits
Working Days: Mon–Fri + 2 alternate Saturdays
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
