? Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern who will primarily support day-to-day HR operations and employee management activities, along with assisting in lead generation and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, organization, and multitasking.

? Key Responsibilities

? HR Operations & Daily Management
Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support Coordinate with employees for daily HR queries and support Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, inductions, follow-ups) Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining discipline Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
? Lead Generation




Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms Maintain and update lead sheets and databases Conduct basic research on potential clients and companies Support outreach activities (emails, messages, initial connect)
? Social Media & Content Creation
Create basic creatives using Canva and PowerPoint Design presentations and marketing materials Create Instagram Reels and short-form content Manage and update the company’s Instagram page Assist in planning and executing content calendars
? Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle Strong coordination and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with MS Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint Basic knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram) Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting
? Preferred Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Prior internship or experience in HR operations or social media is a
