- *What you’ll do:**
- Drive end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring
- Handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers for quick closures
- Support onboarding and maintain recruitment data
- *What we’re looking for:**
- Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment
- Healthcare hiring experience is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
- *Salary**: As per market standards + statutory benefits
- *Working Days:** Mon–Fri + 2 alternate Saturdays
- *Shift:** 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
