Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices. The candidate will help ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and send invoices to customers.
- Track payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Update payment details in accounting systems or Excel.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing and collections.
- Prepare basic reports on outstanding payments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is required.




- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing preferred.
- Good communication skills for payment follow-ups.
