We are seeking a proficient Full Stack Engineer with extensive knowledge in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in developing scalable web applications, working with contemporary JavaScript frameworks and backend systems, and contributing to the creation of high-performance, user-focused platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and sustain scalable web applications utilizing modern frontend and backend technologies
- Create responsive and top-quality user interfaces with React.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Enhance applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Engage in code reviews, debugging, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows
- Work on database design and integration involving both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ensure adherence to best practices concerning coding standards, security, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend:

- 3 to 6 years of practical experience with React.js
- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Thorough understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, and state management
- Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous programming techniques
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles,



and browser behaviors
- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and debugging

Backend:

- Strong programming expertise in Java
- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerized deployment environments

Database & Tools:

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (for example, SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
- Familiar with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline processes
- Exposure to debugging distributed systems

Core Fundamentals:

- Robust understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Capability to tackle medium-complexity problem-solving challenges

Cloud & Monitoring:

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure; AWS or GCP also acceptable
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools

Good to Have

- Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic applications
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices
- Background in financial services, mutual funds, or startup environments
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories
- Experience in building highly scalable systems
