Oversee all Direct Tax (Income Tax, TDS) and Indirect Tax (GST) compliances, including project- level implications

Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable regulations

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems

nLiaise with banks and financial institutions for project finance, LC/BG issuance, and credit facilities project accounting, consolidation, and finalization of books
